Ocean Blues Tankini Tops

A tankini top on this page comes alone, and that is the point of it. The bottom that goes under it is sized by your hip and nothing else, so it is a separate decision two shelves over, and a body that is a Large above and a Medium below buys each half in its own letter instead of settling for one. What the top has to do is hold, and the card says how: the twist front and the ruched bandeau with a molded cup and a shaped front panel, the V-neck push-up with a cup that lifts, the shirred cutout with a wire under a padded cup.

Six of the seven cuts say tummy control on the card, and they mean two different things by it. The twist front, the ruched bandeau, the V-neck and the wire-free twist pull the front in with a firmer panel; the blouson and the loose-fit hang from the bust and touch nothing below it, which is a different kind of relief. The twist front lets you unhook the straps and wear it strapless; the loose-fit is cut on the plus run from S+ to 4XL+ and is the deepest size run on the site. If your tape lands between two letters, the panelled tops want the larger; the loose ones forgive the smaller.
