Ocean Blues Mesh-Lined High-Waisted Swim Skirt

Over a tankini top or under a rash guard, this is the bottom half that is a skirt from the outside and shorts from the inside: a 2.4-inch waistband, an outer skirt with a hidden zip pocket at the side, and built-in boyshorts underneath with a 2.8-inch inseam and a mesh gusset. Coverage is full. The zip pocket holds a card and a key.
